Hallo, I’m a bioinformatics PhD student working on genome wide high throughput *omics data. Though I work with data in many different contexts, my main interest is in understanding general and disease biology using state-of-the-art techniques.
In addition, I’m highly interested in the field of machine learning & data science to generate hypotheses, answer questions and explore data to unravel the hidden patterns by building models. The content of the blog is mostly about learning machine learning.
I would love to simplify scientific findings to spread the knowledge to a broader audience. I believe general public needs to understand the scientific work in a meaningful way instead of imbibing wrong information from random websites on the internet.
And programming is ❤️!
